stateGraphRoot component missing in StateGraph.Examples

Description
The examples in StateGraph does not have the inner stateGraphRoot component declared at top level. Dymola adds this automatically, but nothing is mentioned in the specification of such requirement on a Modelica tool. Therefore, that should be added to the examples.
