Update of Modelica.Electrical.Digital User's Guide

I've just noticed that the User's guide of Modelica.Electrical.Digital.UsersGuide really needs an update.

Especially the sections:

• Overview (no meaningful content)
• A first example (which is not given)
• An application example (see above)
• Release notes (I don't think that comments which can be found in here (* xxx) should be places in a released version really)

Christoph, would it be possible to include a fix for the 3.0.1 release? If you don't have the time now I could simply remove the

sections.

But at least some comment in the release notes for version 1.0.7 should be possible

Fixed in r2092 for trunk by removal of the respective documentation classes. See commit message for more information.

Note: As this is an uncritical fix there is no need to merge this back into the maintenance branch of 3.0.
