Description

Remove internal state variable and add connector to deal with zero-flow cases.
Double-check user interface.
Add test cases.

Adding a thermal connector proves inconvenient with stream connectors (very ugly nonlinear equations even for easy cases). The singularity at zero flow rate is treated by conditionally including some energy storage when the parameter M > 0, see r381, r378.

Some errors when Np>1 have also been fixed, see r386.

More tests and fixes to existing tests, see r375, r377.
