Improve handling of multi-pipe heat exchangers

Description

Remove MassFlowRatio and HeatFlowRatio components from Junctions, add integer Nt "Number of parallel tubes" to pipe models, and divide/multiply by Nt within those models where appropriate.
Provide a couple of examples (e.g. shell-and-tube heat exchanger model) where Nt is relevant.
